Pastor Phil’s sermon title for July 6 is Lord of the Harvest.
In Luke 10:1 we read, “Our Lord appointed seventy others and sent them ahead of him in pairs to every town and place where he himself intended to go.” He said to them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. Go on your way.”
The key phrase “Lord of the harvest” emphasizes God’s sovereignty and authority over the spiritual harvest and its laborers. His disciples are encouraged to pray to Him for guidance in sending out laborers, underlining the need for divine intervention in spreading the Gospel. It encompasses God’s role as the overseer of growth, emphasizing not only His control over the harvest but also the urgency of recruiting individuals for the vital work of gathering and spreading faith.

We provide a collection area at the South Entrance/Exit to Grace for donated items. Garage Sale and Thrift Store items are accepted if in good, clean condition.
